Teacher Performance Assessment (PKG) and Continuing professional development (PKB) pathway to professional teachers
Regulations of the State Minister of Administrative Reform the bureaucratic State apparatus and number 16 in 2009 will be effective in effect January 1, 2013. This rule set about Functional Position and Teacher Numbers his credit. In this teacher is judged its performance rules on a regular basis every year through the performance assessment of teachers (PKG). In addition, teachers must follow the development of Sustainable Keprofesian (PKB) each year. PKB consists of self development (PD) as well as scientific publications (PI) and/or Innovative Works (KI).

for the competence of Personality there are 3 indicators,
for the competence of existing Social indicators 2,
and for the competence of Professionals there are two indicators.
The total number of indicators for 4 competence above there are 14 indicators.

B. Measures Implementation PKG
Before doing the PKG's good Headmaster/Asesor performs the following steps:
  1.  the principal instrument PKG/Asesor prepare.
  2. Principal/Asesor coordinate with invaluable teacher plan PKG against him includes 4 competence of a teacher and ensure teachers concerned need not be disturbed and keep doing the learning process as it should be in the class, which means that there need be no engineered by teachers in teaching.

C. Implications Of The Implementation Of The PKG.
By doing a PKG every year, the chance of a teacher to become a professional is so large, because he can find out the nodes-node weaknesses in carrying out the task of learning. At the same time, the node-node weakness that will be addressed through activities the development of Sustainable Keprofesian (PKB) which is also conducted every year.

Only teachers who are not professional enough to be left behind by the vehicle professionally, in the sense of increased the teachers prosperity  will run in place or even declining. This shows that the teacher is a title that should have special expertise in the profession. Special skills that should have been reflected through its activities in the teacher plans instruction, executing the instruction, assess and analyze the results of the study, follow up the results, and carry out additional tasks related to the success of programs in the school.
